Dual 100% Thermoforming System Technology

Following the successful launch of our 100% Thermoforming, we have further advanced our research into the technology and develop a Dual 100% Thermoforming System Technology. This technology further optimizes the stability and consistency of the paddle while also enhances its flexibility and comfort. It is known that rigid paddle causes discomfortable to players arm, and in order to achieve good control and speed, the core and stability of the paddle are crucial. Our Dual 100% Thermoforming System Technology achieves exactly that.

Air Hole Spraying System Technology Design

The dynamic air openings of the type are quickly collected by the small openings as the air channel is generated when hitting the ball, and then quickly released from the small openings, which greatly increases the speed of the ball and helps players find the controlling position of the ball more accurately. Comfortable and Unibody Construction Handle

This paddle can bear a weight of 2116 oz like HUDEF’s previous 100% Thermoforming paddle while ordinary handles can only bear about 1058 oz. The handle of the paddle is the connection point between the player’s body and the paddle. Hence, we have always paid great attention to its structural design and comfort. The NEWERA Luxury GEN ONE paddle has an unibody construction molded handle with a circumference of 4 1/8”, which fits most human hands. If the player wants to use a large handle, it can be adjusted by adding a grip tape for optimal comfort.
