SHIPPING INFORMATION

Obelisk Pickleball ships right around Australia using Australia Post’s eParcel system. All orders are trackable online.

We provide customers with FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.00 AUD!

​

Flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD applies to all website orders under $120.00.

​

Express shipping for $18.00 can be applied to all website orders.

 

Delivery times vary around Australia. Please allow 3-7 days for standard delivery and 1-2 days for express shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

Obelisk Pickleball will accept the return or exchange of any product purchased from our company within 14 days after you receive your order.

 

All equipment must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging.

 

We cannot accept equipment that has been used or is no longer in the original packaging.

 

For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
